100 EDGE PROFILE is a hydraulic pivot system designed for edge-mounted installation on doors up to 100kg, specifically suited for metal or aluminium profiles with reduced sections, as found in minimalist framing systems and precision technical structures.

With a fixed pivot axis at 80mm, it allows a clear opening of 1000mm, optimising accessibility in narrow or high-traffic areas where maximum clear passage is essential. Equipped with two independent hydraulic valves, it offers precise control of closing speed and final damping, adaptable to door weight and use case conditions.

Its 90o hold-open function in both directions ensures stable door positioning, ideal for residential, commercial, or institutional environments. The hydraulic CAM enables a smooth and progressive opening motion, even in narrow profile metal doors.

The bottom pivot provides two-axis adjustment (lateral and longitudinal), ensuring accurate leveling and alignment during installation. The top pivot is fixed, optimised for technical profile integration.
